This exclusive venue is located on Level 5, nestled on top of the Mantra at Sharks hotel. Aviary Rooftop Bar features sweeping views of the iconic Surfers Paradise skyline in one direction and the Gold Coast Hinterland the other. For those seeking a truly open-air experience The Nest is green space on the rooftop, where you can soak up the sun and stars.

So named because it’s the main dining area of Southport Sharks Club (sharks…feeding frenzy… geddit?), lunchtimes here are full of choices: everything from burgers and sliders to full blown meals, including classics like chicken schnitz, US style pork spareribs or steak from the grill, with other dietary options catered for as well.
